Angus Gordon Landscapes is based in Bowral in the Southern Highlands of NSW. While tackling all things landscape we specialise in the creation of private gardens. In addition to the local area we undertake projects throughout Sydney and the surrounding regions of NSW.
Background
Originally from the land (a sheep grazing property near Bungendore on the NSW southern tablelands) I was educated in Sydney before doing a stint in the finance industry.
Looking for a different challenge (and to escape office air conditioning) I studied photography and travelled extensively experiencing different cultures in a myriad of settings – I discovered I had a passion for both people and nature.
On my return to Australia I was approached by a friend to work with them in their landscape architecture firm. I have since done the study and set up my own practice and have been designing and building gardens and landscape for over 20 years.
I consider myself to be very lucky – I continue to love what I do.
